Alexandra was born January 16, 2002 at Avera Sacred Heart
Hospital in Yankton, South Dakota. On January 18, 2002 we learned that Ally was born with a congenital heart defect
Tetralogy of Fallot.
Ally was immediately hospitalized and underwent her first
heart surgery at only 6 days old on January 22, 2002. She had her second surgery, the repair of the TOF on 8/20/02.
